Cajun Pecan Catfish

1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
6 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
1/4 cup milk
1 cup ground pecans
4 catfish filets

Heat oven to 450 degrees. Grease a baking sheet. Mix cayenne pepper, mustard, and milk in a shallow dish. Spread ground pecans in another shallow dish. Dip catfish filets into mustard mixture, then roll in ground pecans to coat, shaking off excess. Place on baking sheet. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until catfish flakes easily with a fork.
