Spicy Italian Shrimp With Rice 2 cups cooked long grain rice Cook rice and set aside. In medium skillet, combine olive oil and butter. Saute scallions, garlic and tomatoes about 10 minutes on medium, stirring occasionally. Add seasonings (salt, black pepper, Italian seasoning, and Old Bay). Add hot sauce and stir well. Add shrimp and cook until shrimp are pink. Do not overcook. Toss with rice and serve hot. |
