Grilled Salmon with Lime Juice and Dill

4 6-ounce salmon steaks or fillets
Juice of 2 limes
2 Tbsp. olive oil
2 tsp. dried dill
2 tsp. garlic, minced
1 tsp. sea salt or coarse kosher salt
1/2 tsp. fresh cracked black pepper

Combine lime juice, olive oil, dill, garlic, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Add salmon and turn to coat. Marinate for 1 hour. Preheat grill. Remove salmon from bowl and place on hot grill. Brush with marinade. Grill for about 4 to 5 minutes per side. Remove when done. Salmon should be light in color and flake easily through the thickest part.
